Food: Mussoorie, being a popular tourist destination has a platter from numerous cuisines to offer. Other than local cuisines, there are many other interesting highlights to the cuisine here. One finds Chinese, Tibetan, Indian, Thai, Moroccan, Italian, Goan and global cuisines in the town. The local cuisine of Uttarakhand that you might find here consists of Bhaang Ki Khatai, Kappa (a green curry), Sisunak Saag(a dish prepared with green leafy vegetables and many local ingredients), Aloo ke Gutke( a Kumauni potato dish), Rus ( a preparation of many dals) and much more.

Flight Connectivity: Dehradun is the main city with an airport & a railway station, which is about 50kms (2hrs away by road). It is a scenic drive from New Delhi, and I would highly recommend taking a Volvo or booking a convoy of vehicles for the duration – it makes things really easy.

Another international airport closest to reach destinations in Rajasthan by air is at Delhi 260 kilometers away from Jaipur. Udaipur, Jaisalmer and Jodhpur have domestic airports connected from major cities in India.
